New Product Development

At LiNA Medical we believe that it is essential to have a close relation to our end users – professional doctors and nurses – as a basis to create successful products.

LiNA Medical working in the Front End Innovation with a design research and product development methodology for identifying and confirm user requirements and discover commercial and technology potentials. The output is innovative product concepts proposals. After passing the first gate meeting the project will enter the Product Development phase – a controlled project management process executing projects from Design Specification to product launch. The organisation behind the product development, a well educated and trained team of designers, scientists, engineers and nurses, working in a cross disciplinary matrix in compliance with the requirements of the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC and EN 13485. On a continuous basis through the Product Life Cycle the products will be upgraded and improved.
